Limited Capacity seats available

This workshop is designed to focus on the first two limbs of Yoga: Yamas and Niyamas. We will explore the Yamas, the moral compass (ethics) of Yoga, and the Niyamas, the second limb of Yoga the begins the search for spiritual growth. With the knowledge of these pivotal points in Yoga, our physical practice and work off of the mat become healthier, more attainable, and realistic. Yoga is incredibly relevant, and this workshop is to help guide the participants to search deeper.  We will explore a few concepts in Yoga Asana (physical practice) that these limbs are applicable to, as well as how to take these concepts off the mat, into your world.
