Chakradance is a dance practice for the soul.  It’s a way to integrate mind, body & spirit through free-flowing movements.  We use spontaneous dance, specific music, & guided imagery to journey through the chakra system.  This blend of movement, with particular frequencies of sound, frees energies in your body & opens you up to a deeper experience of life.
Discover a deeper connection to your authentic self, the unraveling of blocked energy, & the feeling of coming home.  Be prepared for energetic shifts, moments of pure freedom, & to feel truly alive and connected to your deepest, most authentic self!
