Limited Capacity filling up

The practice of yoga leads us through a journey of self-discovery and a better understanding of the human condition. According to Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, there are five causes of human suffering called the kleshas. Thoughts and actions are frequently influenced by your apprehensions, attachments, and regrets. Identifying and overcoming these triggers will help you resolve anxieties and unlock your full potential. Empower yourself by transcending these kleshas through meditation, movement, and breath.
