I am semi-retired from corporate america...yay! My newest passion is the Juice Plus+ company and it's many benefits for a healthy lifestyle. I used to teach Iyengar yoga at lunchtime at AT&T where I worked for many years. I also taught yoga & pilates mat classes at several condominiums in the KC area. I currently have a pilates studio in my home, where I privately train people. I am an original member of Hip Sobriety (a local group dedicated to helping sober and sober-curious females figure out an alcohol-free lifestyle).
