Ambika has been intensely studying, performing, and working in the movement world for over 35 years. Her studies began with dance which blossomed into a national career. She became a yoga teacher in 2008 and then added to her knowledge of the body exponentially with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2015. These two jobs are natural partners and give her the experience to help all students move in a mindful, transformative, and joyful way.
